Welcome! The association was formed in 1990 which was originally called CCBESSA, then known as CEP Local 1990 (Communications Energy Paperworkers Union of Canada). We are now called the Unifor, Local Union 1990 and we have approximately 1500+ members and one composite local, The Conseil Scolaire Francosud. Our membership comprise of Business Managers, Computer Technicians, Science Laboratory Technicians, Learning Commons Librarians, Education Assistants, School Assistants, Office Assistants, Administrative Secretaries, Education Assistants, Braille, Psychologists, Social Workers, Family and School Support Workers and much more...

WOMEN'S MARCH CANADA - CALGARY MARCH Women's March Canada would like to acknowledge that Calgary is on the traditional territory of the Métis, Blackfoot, Ktunaxa, Stoney and Tsuu T'ina peoples. We keep this acknowledgment at the forefront of our march and thank the Métis, Blackfoot, Ktunaxa, Stoney and Tsuu T'ina peoples for allowing us to gather.
