On Saturday, October 5, 2024, Unifor will once again be taking part in the Tears to Hope Relay, a National event happening across Canada with the Alberta relay taking place in Calgary and hosted by Local 2002.

We will meet in the Vivo parking lot Calgary North, 11950 Country Village Link NE, Calgary, AB. Look for the Unifor/MMIW flags. Those participating will go around the lake with the option to walk or run 5km,10km or a distance that works for you.

We hope you will join us for this important fundraising initiative and show your support to the families and loved ones of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two Spirit peoples (MMIWG2S) by taking part, raising awareness, and promoting prevention through this event.

This fundraising initiative supports Tears to Hope Society and donations can be made online or by using the QR code on the attached poster.
