A grievance is defined as a dispute that occurs between CCSD and Unifor Local 1990 (and it's members) regarding application, interpretation, operation, or alleged violation of the current Collective Agreement. Please refer to the Collective Agreement for the legally binding definition and detailed information.
If you feel a formal grievance needs to be filed, please contact your Area Representative. Your Representative will discuss this grievance with you, gather required information, and elevate to our Local President as required.
